Show-Only seating valued at $25pp.  In the event of fireworks cancellation for any reason, guests who purchased either package will be refunded $25pp in the original form of payment.  In the event of fireworks show cancellation, no refund will be issued for VIP Dinner portion ($75 value).  Marker 88 reserves the right to relocate any guest to any area of the property for dining and/or viewing for any reason without notice or reduction in ticket price.  Guests who need special accommodations should contact the restaurant at least 72-hours in advance of the ticketed event to arrange for any special seating.
